Be sure you are using at least Internet Explorer 5.5 or
Netscape Navigator 6.0. Once you have established that you have the correct
program, follow the directions below for your particular browser in order to
enable "Cookies," which are essential to viewing this site...

Open your Internet Explorer Browser.

Go to the top menu and click on "Tools".

From the tools menu, choose "Internet Options"
from the list.

In the next option menu that opens, in the middle there
is an area for “temporary internet files”. There are three buttons,
choose the third one that says "Settings...".

You will then be asked how often it should check for
newer versions of the page. There will be four options, choose the first one
that says "Every visit to page".

Choose "OK" and close out of the menu options.

You should probably close out of the browser, then open
the browser up again.

Open the Netscape browser window.

Go to the top menu and click on "Edit".

Next, choose "Preferences" from the list.

In the left column of the window that pops up, click on
"Advanced".

You will see the word "Cache" appear under
Advanced. Click on "Cache".

Now look in the window to the right. Toward the bottom
you will see three button choices listed "Once per session",
"Every time", and "Never". Choose "Everytime".

Then, choose “ok”.

You should probably close out of the browser and then
start it up again.
We have also found for people with slower computers or
dial-up access, it helps to click "Refresh" in the browser menu if a
page does not load. You may also trying clearing out the "history" on
your computer and see if this works.
